How do I check availability and book?
Use the Book now button to message or call the host on WhatsApp, phone or email. They will confirm your dates and rate and arrange the booking.
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is at 11am and check-out is at 11am.
Is parking available?
Yes. The apartment has its own allocated parking bay.
Can I watch Netflix or other streaming on the TV?
Yes. The TV runs Google TV and the apartment has Wi-Fi, so you can sign in to your own streaming accounts. We do not provide subscriptions.
Can I use the pool and the braai area?
Yes. Both are always open to guests, with no set hours.
Can I bring children or pets?
Children are welcome. Pets are not allowed.
When do I pay?
Payment is due upfront, before check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least 48 hours before check-in, you get a 75% refund. Cancellations made later than that are not refunded.
